The food is amazing and it’s within walking distance from the beach. It’s so refreshing to enjoy authentic southern home-cooking breakfast with freshly-squeezed juice. Food was ready in minutes and piping hot. Even the customer service is great! The lady who took our order was so friendly and gave that “mom’s house” vibe; very warm and welcoming. Do not miss this on your trip to Ft. Myers beach. Skip the franchises and support small businesses! We’ll definitely be returning.

Was taking a ride along Fort Myers Beach to see progress on recovery and construction and unexpectedly found Mom's to be open, as we thought they were closed on Tuesday. We pulled in at around 7:45 with no problem parking. We got there just in time as a huge line began forming behind us and the parking lot was full. The staff there is soooo amazingly friendly asking for and then calling you by first name during entire conversation while ordering ! We got a cinnamon roll and 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy along with a Mango Tango. The cinnamon roll was awesome! Crispy edges and bottom and the icing was perfect! Biscuits and gravy and Mango Tango was good as well, but the cinnamon roll was the star of the show as well as the staff! Highly recommend!

My friends and I happened to visit the beach one chilly morning on vacation and saw a line forming at this little place next to our parking lot, and the smell of those amazing cinnamon rolls was like heaven! Being foodies, we knew if there's a line, it would be worth it, and we were not disappointed! The staff were just as fantastic as the food. You really felt like family. A true gem on the beach I would gladly fly 1800 miles again to visit! Thank you for making our morning:)

Mom’s restaurant has the best Cinnamon Rolls. Amazing service and even better food. Even with Ian hitting them in 2022 and then Milton in 2024 they are still showing up everyday to give the community the amazing food they happily make.

You may have heard other restaurants say they have the best cinnamon rolls, and they would be lying. Mom’s cinnamon rolls are life changing. Served warm with a generous amount of frosting, they have a light crisp on the outside and a soft center. Their fresh juices pair perfectly with all the delicious home cooking. Their location is a bit off the touristy/busy part of the island, but well worth the walk and you’ll want to get some steps in after downing one of these delicious, sugary-goodness rolls. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely surprise. We had got up early that morning to go to services on the beach and as we were driving down Fort Myers Beach, we were talking about how much we missed heavenly biscuits that we used to go there after our service on Easter Sunday and my husband said look at that and turned around and we found mom‘s heavenly biscuits. She said she’s the same lady and that they were one day back there. Well this place is delicious. You should definitely give them a try. We used to get the cinnamon rolls or the bread pudding and take it down on the beach and eat it on Sunday mornings. They don’t have the bread pudding here they are limited to the stuff they carry here, but you won’t be disappointed in the cinnamon roll at all and I really like the cats head biscuit sandwich. I did not try their biscuits and gravy this time. Five stars all the way.

Wow—what an incredible experience at Mom’s Restaurant in Fort Myers! From the moment I walked up, the customer service was beyond amazing. Every guest was greeted personally with a warm “Hi, what’s your name?”—it felt so welcoming and genuine. Now, let’s talk about the food... the biscuits were absolutely next level! So fresh, so delicious! And did I mention their incredible resilience? They lost their restaurant in the hurricane but didn’t let that stop them—they’re now serving up their amazing food from a food truck! I couldn’t be more excited to support them. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out. AMAZING and DELICIOUS! Missed the 2nd page of their story!
